Terms of Service (English)
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of WWM Scheduler (the "Service"), including web-based features such as roadmap viewing, task checklist and history, statistics/forecast ("Jiangho Ledger"), notifications (e.g., Web Push), and synchronization of user settings.
2. Definitions
- "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Account" means the identifier linked through login (e.g., OAuth) for using the Service.
- "Content/Data" means information displayed or processed by the Service, including schedules, tasks, exchange/shop info, statistics, forecasts, and user-input selections.
- "Notifications" means Web Push or similar notification features provided within the scope of user consent.
3. Posting and Changes to the Terms
1. The Service posts these Terms within the Service or via a link.
2. The Service may modify these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. If the Terms are updated, the Service will announce the effective date and reasons in advance.
4. If a User does not agree to updated Terms, the User may stop using the Service and delete the account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
4. Service Features
1. The Service may provide:
- Viewing and filtering roadmap/events
- Managing tasks (check/uncheck) and browsing past task history
- Statistics and forecasts based on currency gained/used and task history ("Jiangho Ledger")
- Notification settings and delivery (Web Push, etc., subject to device/browser support and user consent)
- Saving/syncing user settings (language, layout, filters, etc.)
2. The Service may add, modify, or discontinue features due to improvements, policy changes, or technical requirements.
5. Conditions and Limitations
1. Users are responsible for preparing the environment required to use the Service (browser, network, device settings).
2. Notifications may not work reliably depending on device/browser/OS policies and network conditions. The Service does not guarantee delivery or receipt of notifications.
3. The Service may impose reasonable limits (e.g., rate limits) for stability and security.
6. Account and Login
1. The Service may support login via third-party authentication such as Google OAuth.
2. Users must keep their account credentials safe and must not share or transfer accounts.
3. The Service is not responsible for account misuse, unauthorized changes, or data loss caused by the User's negligence.
7. User Obligations
Users must not:
1. Infringe the rights of the Service or third parties (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).
2. Interfere with normal operation (excessive requests, exploitation attempts, abnormal traffic).
3. Reverse engineer or scrape/collect data at scale using automated tools without permission.
4. Provide false information, use another person's account, or otherwise violate applicable laws or public order.
8. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
1. Roadmap/task/shop information may be compiled from public sources or user-provided inputs and may differ from in-game data.
2. The Service does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data.
3. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for damages unless caused by the Service's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
1. All rights in the Service's UI, text, layout, and branding belong to the Service or the rightful owners.
2. Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from the Service's content without prior written consent.
3. User-generated data (e.g., personal settings and task check history) generally remains the User's property.
10. User Data and Backups
1. The Service may store and process User data (e.g., identifiers, task history, notification settings, UI preferences) to provide synchronization and features.
2. While the Service makes reasonable efforts to protect data, data loss may occur due to the nature of internet services. Users should keep separate backups of important information.
11. Notification Consent and Opt-Out
1. To receive notifications, Users must grant notification permission in their browser/device and enable notifications in the Service.
2. Users may disable notifications at any time via Service settings or browser/OS settings.
3. Notifications may be delayed, duplicated, or missed. The Service does not guarantee perfect delivery.
12. Service Suspension
1. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or operational needs.
2. The Service will attempt to provide advance notice where feasible, but may provide notice after the fact in urgent situations.
13. Termination and Restrictions
1. Users may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their account or stopping use of the Service.
2. The Service may restrict access or suspend accounts if Users violate these Terms, with prior notice when reasonable, or immediately in urgent cases.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Disputes should be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts under Korean civil procedure rules.
Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of 2026-01-14.
